Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. UK return shipping is free of charge and on us.

If you are not completely satisfied with a Orientana purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for Orientana.uk purchases and in-store purchases. Products must be returned unopened, with original product packaging, and hygiene seals untouched.. Orientana allows 30 day returns for all product. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded, unless the return was a result of our error.

Orientana monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Orientana in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Orientana’s discretion.

It takes up to three weeks to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to complete the transaction.

Orientana is also happy to exchange unwanted product for another Orientana product within 30 days of purchase.
